About:
We are looking for a AI Junior Mobile App Flutter Developer to join our product and engineering team. In this role, you will support the development of cross-platform mobile applications, work with reactive data flows, and learn best practices for building clean, scalable mobile architectures. We're a modern engineering team that uses AI coding tools (such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot/Codex) to speed up our development flow, so we're looking for someone who knows how to work effectively with these tools, or is eager to learn how to use them to write, debug, and ship code faster.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing mobile applications using Flutter
Use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Codex, and similar) to accelerate development, debugging, and code review while maintaining code quality
Support implementation of reactive logic using RxDart
Build reusable UI components following modular design principles
Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and services
Support real-time data updates and state handling
Fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance user experience
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams
Follow coding standards, documentation, and best practices
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in mobile app development (professional or project-based)
Basic to intermediate experience with Flutter
Basic understanding of RxDart or reactive programming concepts
Familiarity with modular design or clean architecture concepts
Experience consuming REST APIs
Comfortable using (or strong willingness to learn) AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex to improve development speed and efficiency
Willingness to learn scalable architecture and best practices
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills in Khmer & English
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience using AI tools in a real development workflow (e.g. generating code, refactoring, writing tests, or debugging with AI)
Experience with state management patterns
Familiarity with mobile app deployment (Android / iOS)
Understanding of UI/UX best practices for mobile
