We are looking for a Talented Junior Marketing Officer to join our growing Marketing Team.
In this role, you will support the creation of engaging visual content, develop branding and marketing materials, and collaborate closely with the team on creative campaigns across digital and offline channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, design, and storytelling.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients across offline / digital platforms
Support social media content planning, scheduling, and coordination
Use Canva to create simple design assets such as social media posts, presentations, and mockups
Assist in market research, data collection, reporting, and client support activities
Use AI tools to support content ideas, captions, campaign planning, and basic analysis
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in the marketing field or a related field
Basic understanding of Marketing, Branding and Digital Content
Able to use Canva (required)
Interest in using AI tools for creative ideas and marketing planning
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
Good Khmer & English communication skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools
Interest in campaign planning, market research, and performance reporting
Willingness to use AI tools to support content ideas and marketing analysis
