About:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our product team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, usability, and reliability of our web and mobile products by testing features, identifying issues, and collaborating closely with designers, developers, and project managers. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, attentive to detail, and passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Review product requirements, designs, and user stories to ensure clarity and testability
Create and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, and basic performance testing
Identify, document, and track bugs clearly with detailed steps to reproduce'
Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to improve product quality
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release
Support release testing and help ensure smooth deployments
Continuously suggest improvements to testing processes and product quality
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or manual testing
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications
Ability to write clear, structured test cases and bug reports
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills in Khmer & English
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with manual testing for web or mobile apps
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
Basic understanding of UX/UI and usability testing
Knowledge of regression testing concepts
