About:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems.
You will take ownership of backend modules, handle real-time data flows, and contribute to architecture decisions for enterprise-grade applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop backend services using NestJS
Build and maintain modular, scalable backend architectures
Implement Redis pub/sub, caching, and messaging patterns
Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries
Implement WebSocket solutions for real-time features
Ensure data consistency, scalability, and fault tolerance in clustered environments
Optimize system performance, reliability, and security
Collaborate with frontend teams and support junior developers
Propose backend best practices and architectural improvements
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in backend development
Strong expertise in NestJS and modular backend architecture
Solid understanding of Redis pub/sub, PostgreSQL, and WebSocket
Experience designing data flow for scalable and distributed systems
Knowledge of fault tolerance, concurrency, and performance optimization
Ability to solve complex problems and design efficient backend solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture
Familiarity with containerization or cloud environments
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
